Ebola plane passenger death may curtail holiday travel

When a passenger died aboard a Nigeria-to-JFK airport flight recently, the word on everyone's lips was "Ebola?" One news source I4U actually reported "passenger dies on plane due to Ebola" despite the fact that health officials ruled out Ebola as the cause (New York News).

Mention any illness, regardless of symptoms, and it scares up the specter of Ebola. Even though there are countless other illnesses that are just as virulent, more widespread and about which we should also be concerned. But we are blinded by Ebola fear.
