Stomachache Will Not Go Away

 I had a stomachache last night that is lingering and will not go away. I've tried all my known remedies--ginger, acidophilus, drinking fluids, Pepcid, Tylenol, later Ibuprofen. I've been eating plenty of fruit and vegetables and fiber.

I've eaten no eggs or nuts or beans--those can all bother me at certain times. I had one small piece of lean steak yesterday (beef will upset my stomach sometimes).
