Nearly 400 people are ill after a norovirus outbreak from food safety fails at New Theatre Restaurant in Overland Park, Kansas. Eater said on Jan. 29, that the Department of Health and Environment in Kansas announced that over 390 cases were reported in the norovirus outbreak. Health officials say the illnesses were first noted by people who ate at the New Theatre Restaurant dinner theater venue on Jan. 17. This is the second norovirus outbreak in 2016.
